Shape/3D Marks
Where possible, we should provide a perspective or isometric drawing that clearly shows all features of the mark. We also need to provide a written description of the mark.

Colours
We must provide a pictorial representation of the colour, along with a clear and concise description. We should also reference the Pantone Matching System (PMS) code where possible.

Scents
We must provide a description that includes both what the scent is, and how it is to be used in respect of the goods or services claimed. An actual sample of the scent is not required but may be requested by the Office during examination.

Sounds
We must provide a recording of the trade mark on a medium such as MP3, along with a clear and concise description of the mark.

Moving images, holograms and gestures
We must provide a clear representation showing all features of the mark, along with a description, and a video of the mark.
